This project is located on a steeply sloping site which runs down to one of the main roads leading into Hertford. The design proposals comprise five new 4 bedroom luxury houses ranging between 2,800 to 3,300sqft in floor area. Each house represents a contemporary response to the local Hertford vernacular using traditional materials. The section and layout of each house make best use of the site topography utilising basement accommodation and undercroft parking. Carefull consideration has been given to the amenity of surrounding properties.
