BPG have been appointed by Wandsworth Council to upgrade two 16 storey towers, Inkster House and Penge House as part of the £Billion Winstanley and York road estates regeneration area. The proposals include new accommodation at ground floor level, new cladding and large winter garden balconies for every flat. All the work will all be undertaken with tenants in residence and is scheduled to start mid-2018.
