This was a part new build and part refurbishemnt of an existing barn conversion o provide bespoke living and sleeping accommodation for a very young disabled person as well as for her twenty four hour carers and her family. We designed a new bedroom and accessible bathroom and a sensory play room as well as a delightful hydrotherapy spa pool building. The project was a complex challenge and the result is a fully accessible house that functions brilliantly but more iimportantly it remains a fabulous home to live in. We have completed two of these highly bespoke and complex adaptation projects for private clients and they are very successfull because of the care and attention we bring to the design process as well as managing the tight project budget and procurement process for specialist expensive equipment.
