We won this limited invite competition a few years ago based on a detailed strategy scheme proposal and a fixed fee bid and to deliver the project on budget. It is being funded by the Heritage lottery and they are keen to see a bespoke and sustainble proposal that serves this two hundred year oldlisted aloment site. We are working up the detailed design proposals now and hopefully we'll be submitting an application before the summer of 2011 with a view to completing it within twelve months. It will be the first sustainable project that we have fully developed and it has been designed as an exciting place to work visit for alotment holders and the public alike.
