The Oldham Integrated Centre (ICC) is an 11 storey truly significant health, wellbeing and social care development for the Oldham Borough. The ICC is located in the centre of Oldham, adjacent to the main bus station, providing easy access for both staff and patients. The ICC is one of the largest primary care facilities in the UK. The centre brings together services which have never been offered in one place in Oldham and enables people to have access to diagnostic testing without having to attend hospital. The centre includes a wide range of health and wellbeing services, including: - 5 GP Practices - Dentistry - Pharmacy - Community Health Services - Outpatient Services - Urgent Care - Audiology - Orthoptic services - Therapy Facilities - Children's Services - Patient Advice & Liaison Service - Sexual Health The flagship development acts as a central 'hub' for health and wellbeing services for the entire Oldham borough and provides support and technology links to other health facilities across the borough. Construction was completed in April 2009 and was opened to the public in the autumn of 2009.
