Originally comprising two buildings in a predominantly land locked site, our proposal for this B1 office scheme sought to rationalise movement through the two spaces with a six-storey infill extension, roof extension, and basement extension. By relocating the stair core and introducing a new lift, the design provides an additional 6,000sqft to a site constrained by surrounding neighbours and tight urban fabric. Whilst at Stagg Architects.
