This Grade 2 listed building was originally a British Waterways Depot with all of its original architectural details well preserved including the original workings which winched goods directly off the canal boats up into the warehouse. The two floors lent themselves to a twin venue club with the original staircases providing wide open access and circulation for a capacity of 1000 and the original offices and storage areas converting easily into back of house. Our interior design team worked with the original fabric and structure of the building to maintain an urban feel, using feature lighting to highlight architectural details and introducing materials and colours to both compliment and contrast with the exposed brickwork, aged timbers and cast iron columns and windows.
