After planning permission was originally obtained by others BGA Architects were appointed to obtain building regulation approval and manage the project through on site. However after reviewing the proposed work it became apparent that the works would be more economical if the building was replaced in its entirety. As such BGA Architects were instructed to provide a full architectural service for this replacement dwelling and were involved with resubmitting a town planning application, obtaining building regulation approval and acting as the contract administrator for the project. The property has been finished to a high standard and is installed with the latest audio visual equipment.
