The refurbishment of this tired existing social work building included the external envelope upgrade and DDA compliant access. The architecture of the existing building was respected and accentuated with the expression of the structure and standardisation of window openings and fenestration. The existing oppressive entrance canopy was broken up to distinguish the two seperate entrances to the building.
