Bellis Architects successfully obtained planning approval for redevelopment of small site originally occupied by a commercial building within a residential conservation area. A new build development of 8 mews houses completion in August 2007 and offer flexible and interesting internal spaces. The external envelope of the properties have been constructed using facing brickwork to reflect surrounding properties, but detailed in such a manner to provide a bespoke modern development.
