Bell Associates have overseen an extensive and continuing programme of works at High Chelmer to radically improve the centre in the face of significant and increasing competition. Projects have included mall refurbishment, branding deployment, refurbishment of the Central Square; rebuilding of the Tindal Street entrance and projects for large extensions and remodelling to facilitate the introduction of new anchor tenants including Primark, Superdry, JJB and Next. We have also undertaken major design work to develop and brand a concept for a new restaurant quarter for the centre. This project was delivered within an extremely tight schedule and planning permission for the scheme was achieved soon after conception. Further work is now being progressed on delivering this development.
