BDA secured change of use for The Barn in Stock, Essex, from an office to a dwelling. BDA then completed the technical drawings for the conversion works, which centered the accommodation around open-plan living spaces with exposed beams. Through the change of use and internal alterations, BDA adapted the barn to be suited for modern-day living, creating a bespoke, contemporary family home.
