Surfanic is a growing ski and snowboard sportswear brand located in Rochford. BDA were instructed to convert and extend a former agricultural building located within the Green Belt to commercial use as a storage and distribution centre with ancillary office accommodation for Surfanic. BDA assisted with a pre-application advice submission, and following positive feedback secured planning for the change of use and extension works, later completing the building regulations technical drawing package.
