BDA were instructed to convert and extend an underutilised warehouse building to create 2 dwellings. Planning permission was granted in 2020 with the project was completed in 2024. The scheme successfully delivers a contemporary development of two additional luxury homes with amenity space and undercroft parking within the proximity of Hockley town centre.
