BDA Architecture were part of a successful appeal decision for an outline application for the proposed re-development of the former Dairy Crest site in Totnes, Devon. The approved development is for a 7715sqm mixed-use scheme comprising, 80 new residential units, 1100sqm of commercial space with open space and associated infrastructure. This also includes the change of use of the Grade II Pumping House into a community facility.
