Bois Hall is a Grade II listed house located in Navestock, Essex. BDA secured planning for a two-storey rear extension and internal remodelling of the existing English Heritage Grade II listed residence, demolishing a cluster of dilapidated modern brick built additions and outbuildings. The remodel of the existing property in conjunction with the extension has created a dwelling suited to the client’s requirements for a contemporary family home. BDA later secured planning approval for a swimming pool and two garages on the property.
