We were commissioned to create a new global headquarters building and manufacturing facility for a precision optical engineering company. From our initial feasibility studies and concept design the scheme was developed sufficiently to allow discussion with the local authority regarding the proposed site within the Green Belt. A detailed planning application was submitted and approved for the new facility and redevelopment of the original factory for housing. Our appointment continued for the subsequent stages of the project up to completion of this 8,000sq.m. high-tech complex.
