The Property is a detached three-storey residential building situated within a Conservation area. Our client’s brief was to form a new open plan kitchen and living area with a separate utility room. They also wanted to improve the first-floor accommodation and were looking to construct a new detached double garage with an annex over. Planning Permission was obtained for a single-storey extension to form kitchen/utility/living area, a new dormer to enlarge a dressing area at first floor and a detached garage with annex over. Initially only the alterations and extensions to the house have been carried out.
