Planning permission for the demolition of an existing 1960’s bungalow and its replacement with new build house in West Byfleet was refused. Our developer client decided to undertake a radical remodelling and extension of the existing building. The result was a spacious family home. A full first floor was added as well as side and rear extensions to create five bedrooms, a generous entrance hall and large living spaces, overlooking the extensive rear garden.
