We were appointed by The Rutland Group to develop ‘Area C’ of our master plan for the industrial estate. The brief was to provide a mixture of speculative accommodation that could be adapted to suit a range of potential tenants. The resulting design created approx. 9250m of gross internal floor space split over 6 new buildings of varying size. We worked on the initial phases of the project direct for the client, including securing planning permission. We were then novated to the main contractor for the construction phases.
