The existing house dates back to the mid 1920’s and is locally listed. Planning permission was obtained for the construction of a garden reception room plus underground leisure complex and pool hall, which forms a link between the main house and the new garden reception room. Total floor area of 21,250 sq ft. The main house has seven bedrooms, reception room, TV room, dining room, breakfast room/kitchen, garage, swimming pool, gym, sauna, steam room, gallery and garden reception. The interiors have been designed in collaboration with Anna Owens Designs, who also furnished the house.
