This project involved the transformation of a dated Edwardian house into a contemporary, light filled family home. BARC worked with the clients in producing design proposals to create a new open plan kitchen/dining/living area to the ground floor. This included a new glass extension to the rear of the property which connects the internal space to the garden and green landscape beyond. The works also involved the addition of a new utility room and toilet on the ground floor, as well as a complete interior refurbishment of the upper floors.
