Bailey Partnership has been working with the University of Exeter since 2005 on a variety of projects. These have included interior and exterior refurbishment works, new build and extensions to existing university teaching and administrative buildings. Particular emphasis throughout the projects has been on interior design and landscaping to create stimulating and inviting learning environments and social spaces. These have included lecture theatres, offices, study areas, workshops, laboratories and specialised teaching as well as recreational and social meeting spaces. Bailey Partnership has held a multidisciplinary role developing various feasibility studies and sketch schemes, together with feasibility cost estimates. Full design services included obtaining Statutory Planning Consent, Building Regulation submissions, detailed design and tender packages. Contract administration, cost control and CDM Co-ordination. We have been very pleased to have assisted the University in transforming a number of buildings with exciting and inspirational interior designs and look forward to continuing this process with them.
