A new build two storey multi-purpose facility on an existing long stay car park, adjacent to one of the gateways into the town of Honiton. The facility comprises a 300 seat capacity central hall, changing rooms, green rooms, a cafe/bar, information point and booking office, Council Chamber, Marriage Ceremony Room, meeting and break out rooms, internet cafe and offices for the Registrar and Town Council staff. The building is located in walking distance of the town centre and provides a recreational and cultural focal point for the residents.
