Conversion of a redundant old post sorting office. Leased by the Council and converted into a large work space for up to fifteen art /craft start up businesses in an open plan environment divided by low partitions and sharing common facilities such as toilets, kitchen, meeting room, telecoms, reception and car parking. Ceilings were removed in the two large halls to expose various steel and timber industrial trusses and to create a large dynamic volume with high level north light Velux type windows.
