While at Morrow + Lorraine, Matthew Austen was Associate Architect and oversaw the 123-151 Buckingham Palace Road project which is located above Victoria Station. The project is for the redevelopment of the retail outlets and public face of the existing dated building. The scheme has completely rethought the retail offer providing additional prime retail space whilst also creating more vibrant and open access and public space.
