Our client wanted to make internal alterations to this listed farm house, together with changes to the barn outbuildings in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire. This included opening up between the kitchen and dining areas in the farm house. The existing cellar was made into a wine cellar, with the loft space converted into further accommodation. We added a kitchen extension to open up the living area to combine the kitchen and dining space. The outbuildings consisted of two barns, with a third barn to be reconstructed. The barns has a pool, gym, sauna and steam room with glass frontage. Another with a games room/bar and sunken cinema room.
