Atomik were appointed by the main contractor to assist with the delivery of this 31,000 sq.m. office renovation. The renovation rejuvenates a prominent corner of Soho’s Golden Square. The enhanced the building includes an expansive communal roof terrace overlooking the square, as well as cycle storage and locker facilities. The street elevation has been remodelled and includes a contemporary new entrance and retail frontage. The project achieved BREEAM Excellent as well as being designed to enable a WELL Platinum rating. Atomik were responsible for leading and coordinating the client’s novated design team and the main contractor’s supply chain.
