AWA has secured Planning Permission for a two storey extension and loft conversion, which will provide for an additional Bedroom with En-Suite on the first floor, and a large Sun Lounge and Home Office with adjacent Wc downstairs. One of the existing Bedrooms on the ground floor will be relocated upstairs, and a new, large Hallway with feature staircase will take its place. A new principal entrance to the property will be located next to the driveway for better access, and to improve the circulation and sense of space inside. During the Design Development stage, AWA advised on relevant construction techniques, and suitability of materials and finishes.
