AWA has secured Planning permission for this property to be extended on two storey's, providing an additional Bedroom with En-suite on the first floor, and larger Lounge and Dining room downstairs. Three dimensional computer models where prepared to illustrate the mass and scale of the proposed extensions, and ensure they remained in character with the existing structure, while adhering to the guidelines of the 'Lifetime Homes' standards. Images of the models were sent via e-mail to the client, and variations of the scheme were tested against the Design Brief. This virtual dialogue worked extremely well for both Client and Architect.
