AWA was appointed as Sub-Consultant to develop a concept model, and visualisation of façade details for a 5,600m² steel portal frame and cladding development. While constructing the model, AWA was able to illustrate potential design and cladding variations to the Client. The model was also used by Contractors and Suppliers to help with cost estimating.
