With the growing need for student accommodation to facilitate the local Universities, the brief was to maximise the available space and create a courtyard development which paid respect top the formal Regency architecture of the town and the industrial character of the canal. Working with the Local Authority to ensure that the design achieved the msost from the site the project is now moving into its final phase for occupation during 2012.
