New Build, Listed Building - Grade II

Our solution to this complex site has rejuvenated a triangular city block in a dense urban setting in Westminster into a vibrant mixed-use scheme comprising three new buildings and the refurbishment of a row of Grade II listed Georgian townhouses. The main building is nine storeys high and employs a solid, orthogonal brick language that takes inspiration from the adjacent Georgian terrace. This row of listed townhouses, which were semi-derelict, have been restored to their original use as family-sized dwellings, whilst affordable apartments are accommodated in a four storey building which uses white render and bold punched openings to complement the Cubitt terraces opposite. A health centre and retail units are accommodated at ground and first floor.
