This mixed-use scheme restored activity and vitality to St Mary’s Parsonage by refurbishing and extending a former 1960’s glass-fronted office block and the adjacent Grade II listed building. Assael’s scheme transformed the buildings into high-quality residential accommodation. Two new restaurants at basement and ground floor are acoustically separated from the apartments above.
