Feasibility study leading to detailed design to remodel and extend a small Victorian terrace in Poole. Working closely with the client a design for an open plan kitchen/diner was proposed with a link to the garden. Bright yellow windows and door will frame the view with an all important integrated cat flap. The scheme called for Party Wall Awards and a S106 with Wessex Water. Commencement- Spring 2024.
