Alteration to existing property
32B Thorpe Wood , Peterborough , Cambridgeshire , PE3 6SR , United Kingdom
Our team secured planning permission to convert Nocton Wood House in Lincolnshire from residential use into the main Estate Office for Dyson Farming. The proposal included remodelling the ground floor to provide communal staff facilities with an open reception area and a mezzanine floor to include private office spaces. The atrium was opened up through the centre of the building to enable light to penetrate into the deep floor space and allow clear and panoramic views over the countryside. The proposed arrangement was carefully considered to allow for all works to be reversible, enabling the building to be adapted to residential use in the future if required.
