This is an Award Winning Design, for the 'Best Sensitive Residential Project (West Midlands)'. We assisted and advised the Client on the Design of the New House, to maximise the views, layout and opportunities for the new house, following a previous Planning Approval for a less attractive design, by others. We prepared a 'New Sketch Design', and developed the new house layout, views and appearance to meet the Clients wishes, whilst paying respect to the nearby Thomas Telford Listed Canal Building and Basin. We liaised positively, and successfully, with the Local Authority, and gained Planning Approval for the New House. Building Regulation drawings and Specifications were then produced to enable the Client to start construction work on their New Build House. A Happy Client is now building on-site.
