The brief for the project was to completely refurbish this fourstorey Georgian property, while retaining the existing external envelope. This included internal floor level changes and the extension of the rear Lower Ground Floor to provide new studies for the husband and wife, a new utility room and bathroom. Essentially, the concept was update the property with a tension between the period exterior and modern interior with high quality finishes and workmanship.
