The property is a white 1940’s building which comprises offices on the ground floor together with hotel bedrooms on the upper level for the Japanese community. we undertake in this proposal was to rationalize the use of the building and make the operational side of the property more smooth and coherent. In addition it will provide appropriate facilities for the staff, with a new private seating area at the rear and an additional bedroom room at first floor level
