The proposed scheme aims to re-develop the existing site at Oak Villa Farm in Lymm, Cheshire into a new residential dwelling in order to provide much needed, high quality family housing through minimal impact of development within the Cheshire Green Belt. Existing features of teh barn are retained such as original brickwork and timber trusses.
