Arkhi worked for Pear Hospitality, in collaboration with Ian Garraway Interiors, to renovate and update the Lion and Swan Hotel in Congleton, Cheshire. The scheme involves developing three venues within the existing building, to create three distinctive character settings. At ground level, the front of house will be transformed into a snug seating area with a dedicated bar area.
