Together with internal remodelling, this single-storey extension provides a new family hub; a hive of activity around the newly designed Kitchen which opens out to the existing Morning Room. The large up-and-over windows with a glass-to-glass corner provide a wow factor, seamlessly wrapping up the walls on to the sloping roof. Bi-fold doors allow the space to flow into the paved courtyard beyond. The extension is contrasting in style to the existing dwelling, but is sympathetic in terms of form and scale. The palette of Glass and Copper reflect the industrial heritage of St Helens. Considered design and quality materials make this small project extra special. Stage 7 – In Use
