Arden Kitt were asked to consider how our client might best reorganise the rear of their Edwardian home to better connect the kitchen with the gardens. We proposed a solution that was within permitted development, and which also opened up views to the gardens and patio area. The internal space now flows more freely and the new works sit comfortably with the house. The project build cost £40k (excluding kitchen) and was delivered in 14 weeks.
