Arden Kitt were appointed to remodel and extend the kitchen & dining rooms of a 1980's property, to create a relaxing and open family space that would be better connected to the gardens. The design solution is a split plan, subtly arranged to demarcate each zone and making the most of a dual aspect to introduce plenty of light and create long views into the gardens. A small extension of 3m2 adds significantly more to the design, by adding a corner glazed element to the dining space and capturing the most of the afternoon sun.
