The Contract sum is approx. £840,000 and procurement route is Design & Build, using the JCT Design and Build Contract 2011 incorporating Amendment 1: CDM Regulations. We were appointed as the Employer's Agent and assisted our Client in moving their first construction project forward to commence on site just months before the Planning Approval was due to expire by co-ordinating the pre-contract design team and subsequently appointing a Principal Contractor.
