Located in Manchester, Bracken House is a block of 114no. studio apartments in an office block following planning approval for it's change-of-use, and was on a Design and Build Contract. We were appointed by the Client as an independent Consultant/Client Advisor to carry out assessment of the works and its progress. We were also involved in proposing the interior design of the apartments and communal areas.
