Hayloft Point is a 920-bed student residence in the city of London, built for Unite Students. The ground floor has commercial offices, student spaces, and start-up incubator units. The design has a vibrant part double-height ground floor which includes student spaces, commercial offices, and incubator units for start-up businesses. Planning permission was granted in June 2019, and the first students moved in September 2022. The design team worked closely with Unite and Tower Hamlets Borough Council to ensure a successful outcome for the site.
