ArchitecturePLB were appointed to design two new buildings for Eastleigh College - a Creative Arts building and an Advanced Technology building on a nearby satellite site which was to be partly disposed of. However, ArchitecturePLB showed that both could be located on the main campus, allowing the satellite site to be fully disposed of, generating greater income and efficiency for the new accommodation. The two adaptable high-impact teaching facilities were designed and delivered in under 30 months to meet LEP funding requirements. The buildings were planned to maximise the developable area while enhancing the 'public face' of the College.
