Basement extension and waterproofing, construction of a conservatory and refurbishment of a historic terraced house located in the West Greenwich Conservation Area. The basement was suffering from damp. Architecture and Partners was engaged to extend and waterproof the basement and make internal alterations to improve the house. A historic well was unearthed during construction.
