Our Client wanted to refurbish and extend this modest victorian artisan's cottage by rearranging and upgrading the interior and adding a very small rear addition, and fitting out a nice kitchen and bathroom. Greenwich Council refused permission, and amongst other reasons claimed the house was in an Article 4 area, which it is not. As usual, we took it to Appeal, and won. Our Client is delighted! Again, on time, on budget, high standard of workmanship! We don't turn our nose up at small jobs!
